i already configuration for cancel SLA running like this, why SLA stage is still in progress?

Hi @mohamadandri,
you only share Start condition, there are also tabs for Pause, Stop, and Reset.
Also, we don't see the actual record, so it's impossible to say why it's still in progress ;))
