Hello
I want to set SLA Definition for change request
When change request is scheduled,
Plann start date > 1 second
SLA is active and start calculate
How to config this? I already check but still not found at plan start date

SLA on Change looks interesting, but the current SLA definition doesn’t seem appropriate. As soon as the planned date is crossed, you can simply create a report on it. It seems like the actual use case is missing here. Could you please provide more details so I can guide and support you better?
