SLA- "actual elapsed time" is not getting updated

In the task_SLA related list. The "actual elapsed time" is not getting updated. Its only getting updated when SLA is stopped ? Can anyone help on this

Actual elapsed time is also recalculated when an SLA pause condition is met.

You can enable the property from SLA Engine properties to get the Updated business elapsed time and actual elapsed time.
