SLA schedule including public holidays and weekends

Hi all,

I am trying to configure SLA schedule to run on Weekdays 7-8 and Weekends & public holidays 9-5. Not sure if this configuration is correct or not. Appreciate if someone can advise on this below schedule.

Once you have added a new schedule entry you need to do a Repair SLA for breach time to be updated.

Repairing SLA doesnt fix the schedule entry. There are conflicting entries on the schedule so the SLA definition itself shows the time to breach which is taking Weekday schedule into consideration.
