snc_internal can t see reference field in service portal

Hi, 

I encountered this problem. i have a catalog item that is not available for snc_external. all looks good with itil and admin user. 

But with snc_internal user they got empty list for a reference variable that reference a personalized table.

Could you help me understand what to check first to understand this issue? 

Acl is working fine , snc_internal have  read access to this personalized table.

i am confused.

help please

Hi @ghzelmed you said ACL is working fine, can you impersonate the internal user and check whether the records are visible to them on that table in backend?

Yeah, very strange though and I ran into the same issue. The user can read the reference records when doing a <table>.list on the filter navigator or trying it in the service catalog, but the reference does not show any record in portal.

The table referred here is sys_user_group and role getting into this issue is snc_internal.
