Some pages appearing blank in PDI

Portal configuration page and widget in editor page is coming empty. Is anyone facing the same issue in PDI.

I am on yokohoma version

Hi @Ct111 ,

 

1. Clear the cache(servicenow's as well as browser's) and try to use incognito window see if the issue still persists 

2. try with different browser

weird.

is it a new PDI ?

is your role set to Admin in the developer.servicenow.com?

check these things and if still not resolved check if there are any related plugin update and try to update them 

 

still not resolve get a new PDI

Hi @Ct111 

1. Try cache.do

2. repair the portal plugin

3. Refresh the PDI

4 if stil not work , get a new PDI.
