something went wrong request could not be submitted please contact the your system administrators.

When I submit the catalog item I am getting the following message "something went wrong request could not be submitted please contact the your system administrators." in service portal view. in native view catalog item is working fine. And when I inspect in console I am getting error message as shown in below image

Is this in PDI or a client instance?

If it's in PDI, try repairing the Request Management plugin and the Service Portal plugin, then check again.

Thanks for replying. Cause of this error is I wasn't setting value properly to the variable in catalog item. I was setting integer value instead of string for one of the variable.It's fixed now.
