Is it possible to sort support resources (Catalog Items, Knowledge Articles e.t.c.) in the Employee Center / Service Portal, by order instead of "Popular" or "A-Z" what is being offered to the user in the menu?

Hi @AdamUMC
If you do not want to use default Sorting for support resources (Catalog Items, Knowledge Articles, Quick Links) in the ServiceNow Employee Center by a custom order using "Popular" or "A-Z" ,
then you have to move away from dynamic search results and utilizing Taxonomy-based configuration.
