sorting on the update field on active incidents in my request is not working in esc portal.

Hi All,
Im trying to sort the incidents on updated by it isnt working in esc portal.

As the widget is "Data Table from URL Definition" im attaching the server side code and client controller code here .Also, for the hr cases in the same widget it is working . the sort doesnt work on any field of incidents in esc portal but works in the native ui

did you check the widget script?

sorting not working for incidents, but how about other records like CHG or RITM?
