SOW for ITSA Implementation

HI everybody,

I wondering if anybody has a SOW for ITSA implementation to share with me.

We ´re starting our first project implementation so I need one document template or guide to help us.

Well Jon! I really appreciate you write all this taking pain of sharing knowledge in a world where people are either found self-centered or deprived of time. Thank you so much. I had the same question as Omar had but now I'm clear how to kick start all SOW work.

These kinds of jobs aren't one-size-fits-all.   The level of variation job to job is pretty vast, especially if you're going to reconcile the customer's current state with where they want to be once the job is done.   I think you're doing the customer a disservice if you come in armed with a generic or copied Scope of Work.

If your company has the ServiceNow talent to back up the partner status, your SN gurus, and the engagement managers / BA's you must have from your Remedy successes should be in front of the customer figuring out that reconciliation component and then converting that into a scope.
