SOW remove Compose Email

Hello everyone,

In the Service Operation Workspace, I’d like to remove the email-sending functionality from the Compose box. Does anyone know how to proceed with this in the Vancouver version?

Hello, we tried by setting : email_client=false, and it doesn't change anything. (It works on other tables, but not on table incident). Have a good day.

Sorry, this doesn't help. We would like to hide the 'Compose email' option from incidents on SOW. If no one has a solution, I will inform the customer that ServiceNow documentation does not allow it.

The method provided by Ankur Bawiskar now works as intended on the incident table (in Zurich ; was broken in Xanadu).
