In the list view New Button is not showing for users In Reports List.

As a admin I am able to view that, but users are not able to view

A user need: one of these role:

itil, report_admin, report_global, report_group, report_user

Also, legacy reporting is going to be sunset soon, so it’s better to start using Data Visualization.”
