SOW workspace

Hello,

I am using Sow workspace in Zurich release.Is there a way to disable the below?

both shall be able to hide from UI Builder, could you specify what part of SOW is that? Is it 2/3 pier landing page or any other?

Go to the UI Builder, select the experience (e.g. SOW), navigate to the landing page record (might need to do per each landing page that you use), locate the Quick Links (eventually Upcoming tasks) and look for Component visibility that can be set to true/false:

To disable Upcoming and Quick links, simply do this

1) go to left nav service operations workspace -> configurations

2) go to Landing page under Initial setup

3) there are 2 landing pages, on each disable that options 1 is for Tier 1 and other is for Tier 2
