Hi SNow community,
Im in doubt with the following case:
- Got a catalog item that doesnt have a flow/workflow/execution plan
- Scheduled flow
The case is that when the flow triggers it generates a Req/Ritm/Sctask but it's using stages i dont recognize.
- Request Approval (Pending - has not started)
- Assess or Scope Task (Pending - has not started)
- Provide Service (Pending - has not started)
- Completed (Pending - has not started)
When i close the task the Ritm and Req doesnt close for the same reasons. Is there a way to avoid using those stages or a workaround?
Thanks in forwards

Hi Leonardo,
The stages can be defined / changed in the Flow.
1) Defining stages:
please choose the Flow stages in the menu (...) in the top-right corner of the Flow Designer. In the new 'Flow stages' window you can add new stages or edit existing ones.
2) Setting the stage in the Flow
You can hover the cursor in the area between the actions/flow logic/subflow in the Flow until the 'Add a Stage' label appears, than select this label and choose the stage from the choices defined in the previous step.
Best Regards,
Marcin
