Hi,
Is there any role for approving the standard change templates?

Hi,
When I propose a standard change template and click on request approval. The below error is showing:

No Approver present. Please request System Administrator to configure Approvers.

I have given change manager role to a group and when I searched on Flow designer - I am not able to find the standard change proposal workflow for editing the approval group.

In the workflow editor- where I need to edit the approval group?

Hi @akhilaanil 

 

The issue is not with the role. The issue is that there’s no group mapped to whom the approval should be routed.

 

Check is any group has been defined here:
