Emergency Change:
- An Emergency Change is a change request that needs immediate implementation to resolve a critical incident or prevent a significant business impact.
- These changes are typically unplanned and are initiated in response to an urgent situation that requires immediate attention.
- Examples of Emergency Changes include patching critical security vulnerabilities, fixing severe system failures, or deploying urgent updates to prevent service outages.
Urgent Change (Expedite):
- An Urgent Change, also known as Expedited Change, is a planned change request that needs to be implemented quickly due to its high priority or business urgency.
- Unlike Emergency Changes, Urgent Changes are pre-planned and scheduled, but their urgency requires them to be expedited through the change management process.
- Examples of Urgent Changes include deploying critical updates to meet regulatory requirements, implementing changes to support a time-sensitive project, or addressing a customer-specific requirement with immediate impact.

In Yokohama OOTB process guide document Urgent change isn't mentioned. It is not OOTB? Should it be created as custom model if needed?
