Hi everyone,
I am trying to create an SLA Definition for Catalog task.
I want the SLA to start on the date selected by the user i.e (New Hire Start Date) which is a variable in request item. I have tried using retroactive start and putting 'actual start' option in 'Set start to' field. But it is not working.
Attaching below the screenshot of the variable and the SLA conditions.
Anyone can help?
Thank you.

Hi @Divyesh Thakur ,
What is the business purpose / business requirement for starting a SLA on a "new hire start date"? What is it that you would like to obtain by creating this? In general, this is not the purpose of SLA/OLA, Underpin contract.
