Hi,

I have a change record where it state is updated by the system....Is there any way we can figure out why and how the state change is happened and updated by system.

It is actually a cancelled change record, the change record is cancelled many years ago but now it state is changed from cancelled to pending and it is updated by system.

But there is no client script, BR, scheduled jobs are related....If it is ran by background script can we able to figure out or anything we check from log table.

Please let me know, how and where can we figure out why the state is changed by system

Hi @suuriya

you can check background script execution in 'Script Execution History'.
