sub cause code display as the value instead of Display value on Problem Task

Sub cause Code values are displaying the exact values , not the label values - After submit the problem task, sub cause code display as the value instead of Display value.

Note: but this one show display value before submit the problem task and when the record got closed.

Script include: it using custom table "u_custom_table_2" (please refer the attached screen shot of script include)
