Summary of Item being approved showing under Activities

When looking at the approval form for a CHANGE the "Summary of Item being approved" field shows under the Activities field as shown in the first picture below, however on the Approval for a Requested Item it shows above (2nd picture below. How can i force the   "Summary of Item being approved" field to show above on the change approval form?

The form layout shows the order in the order i want but the change approval form doesnt respect it? (3rd picture)

Oh, I never noticed this! Yes, it appears to be kind of strange. If someone has an answer for this, I would like to know as well.



I assume its because the UI Macro setup for the summarizer differs for the sc_req_item versus default because it modifies the UI after it renders in the background.


My manager just brought it up today ahha, anyone knows where we can alter the order?

BUmping this one, hoping it can be fixed


I tested this in my developer instance and I would say it's a bug. In request approval I can move around the fields and it works. But in change approval it won't change even if the layout says so.



I would report this as a bug to HI.
