We are configuring Actionable email notifications from ServiceNow and as expected we are able to receive emails with questions and with submit button.
When we try to submit the form, we are receiving “The remote endpoint returned an error (HTTP 403). Please try again later” and ServiceNow is suggesting connecting with internal email admins to check if actional messages are enabled in the environment and we don't have clear documentation on what configuration needs to be enabled at O365 side.
Can someone help to troubleshoot this issue?

I never ran the "Fix Script". I looked into running it but I wasn't 100% sure I knew what I was doing, and I had already received a response from ServiceNow with the recommendation to update the URL, which was very easy and worked, so I didn't look back.

Hello Rick,
Please tell me which URL you updated for this to work.
Thank you.

This issue occurs when the OAUTH is not correctly setup, you can try running the fix script.

I have run the fix script (Change Client_id for OAM) and that has not resolved the issue. Kindly provide a more detailed guide.
Much appreciated
