Survey assessment Due Date

Hi all,

Can anyone tell from where the Due Date on the Survey assessment populates and whether it can be changed

Hi Shivanki,



Due date is calculated based on the duration field on the survey designer form.



Go to : -



Survey > View Surveys and Open it in survey designer and then go to configuration tab.



Example if duration field value is 14 and ticket is created today then due date would be 14 days from now. if user does not respond to it. it will be cancelled automatically and it will not come for the filling the survey.

Thanks for the reply .I found the due date .Can you please clear one more query. After crossing the due date Survey is still   available so how to check when the survey expires or is not available for filling.


and If there is a due date, then the end user should not be able to submit the survey after the due date.   Even if the user submits the survey, then will   it be recorded in the database ?

Hi , Yeah I believe it will still be there , I am not sure for helsinki and the next versions. In fuji , it did take . Did you try to change the survey due date and tried to take it in your dev instance. what happened once it was expired, were you able to take . If your answers are recorded in the assessment table then I believe it is a platform issue , raise a hi ticket . They will give you the corresponding problem ticket and will ask to wait for the patch to be released for the same. --Rahamathullah
