Hi all,
Can anyone tell from where the Due Date on the Survey assessment populates and whether it can be changed

Hi Shivanki,
Due date is calculated based on the duration field on the survey designer form.
Go to : -
Survey > View Surveys and Open it in survey designer and then go to configuration tab.
Example if duration field value is 14 and ticket is created today then due date would be 14 days from now. if user does not respond to it. it will be cancelled automatically and it will not come for the filling the survey.

Assessment duration | Amount of time survey recipients have to complete their assigned survey instances, starting from the time the survey instance is generated. The assessment duration sets the Due date for each survey instance. The default duration is 14 days. You may need to configure the form to see this field. |

Hi, FYI
You can update the shecule jobs : Cancel Expired Assessments
which is triggered every 30 days by default.
