the task number is empty in the resolution survey report and other surveys.  This is after the survey is taken.

You are encountering this issue because

If the survey instance is not created from a Trigger Condition, then the Task and Trigger ID fields would be empty.

For these surveys, the Task number is not displayed on the top of the survey when the survey is opened by the user.

Kindly verify the trigger conditions once and try to trigger the survey as per trigger conditions and see.

I have given the trigger conditions but for previous tickets the task and trigger id is not displayed

There are two ways you can trigger a survey to user

1. From the survey configuration you can trigger a survey to any user 

2. After successfully matching the trigger conditions of the survey then survey will be triggered to the user.

 

When the surveys are triggered using 1st option at that time task and trigger id will be empty.
