Sys attachments are showing blank screen for few users

Hi team,

We have added 2 PDF files in sys_attachment table and those are accessible though a catalog item. When we click on the link it automatically getting downloaded. But for few users the link is blank and nothing is getting downloaded. Is there any restriction by default.?

I think you need itil role of view or download attachment. Check this  thread as similar thing is discussed here.
