Sys ID error when trying to update data

Hello,

I am trying to update about 53 records with new data to our asset hardware table. I have exported the hardware records to a Excel file, made the changes, and then trying to import them  back with the new data but keep getting this missing column: Sys ID. However SYS ID is not a selectable column choice under my settings for the alm_hardware assets table. Can you help me get the missing column Sys ID so I can select it or tell me if there is a better way to update a records column with missing data? Thank you and much appreciated:

Hi Mahendra,

Thank you for your response. I have tried the way you showed already and it still doesnt export the spreadsheet with the Sys ID column when I ask for it to create a spreadsheet for a template. I get the same no Sys ID column error.

I have similar issues, the only issue is I have 7000 data to insert and the same users have multiple records as well. How can I import the data with sys id when I have multiple records for the same users?  manually inserting sys id in each record is not possible.
