Sys id showing up in email

Hello all,
I am new to ServiceNow and flow designer, i am still learning, Please help me with below issue,
I have a list collector field on catalog form with 8 options to choose from, all these options are stored on a custom catalog choice table which we use to store choice values.
Using reference qualifier filter 8 options that belong to this field are displayed.
I have a requirement to show the value selected in this field in the body of email as shown below
while testing the form found out that in the email body this field is showing sys id's instead of names selected as shown below.
How to deal with this type of issues.
Please help me with you advise and code if needed for fixing this issue.
