Table denyify

in the first table u_identify

Field 1: Global - we will get form payload while importing data.

Field 2 : External Country - we will get the it from payload

Field 3 : Ref to sys_user - Query to user table , populate the user reference as per global id .

provided any field1 would be unique.

Any idea help me how to set above scenaior.
