I have a custom table with several fields that we have been using for over a year now. I just noticed that I'm not able to show one of the values in a list view or in a report.  I went into the List Collector and was able to find that value but the other fields vales from the same table were there. I now the need to have that value in a list view, any assistance would be appreciated.

I did double check the Field Dictionary and we are on the correct table.

I'm still fairly new to ServiceNow but I believe this is what you were looking for.

okay . Not an issue and we can debug this for you further.

Screenshot which you have attached is at the table level , what I want you to check is if there are any field level ACL or not.

How will you Identify Field level for that Field?

Solution: Navigate to the security policy as you did and check if there is anything which looks like below:

Table Name . Field Name together in Name field.

For example see below I have a field level for Work Notes on Incident form and it looks like below:

Check if there is anything and please share the screenshot for that field ACL.

I just noticed that if I do a list view of Incidents I can show that field value I'm looking for, but when I do a list view of RITM I cannot.

Here you go.

Can you show me the dictionary of that field?

Also the Table on which you have created this field i.e. u_cti_applications. Is this table getting extended from a Table like Incident or task?

You can Navigate to the Table module and open your Table refcord and see if it is extended or not.

Can you confirm this?

Looks like to me either that field is created on a Table which does not have a child as Requested Item.

Sharing the above details will help me in eliminating one scenario after the other to get you to a solution.
