Tabs configuration in Standard Ticket Configuration Module

Hi All,

We have a custom table created in our application and configured Tabs as well under Standard Ticket Configuration module. But when trying to add more than 5 tabs, it is throwing attached error "You have reached maximum number of tabs for <table name>".

Please help me understand if we can increase this limit by altering any system property.

Hi,

Please check business rule running on that table 'ticket_tab_configuration'.

In OOB setup the limit is 20 tabs and looks like it is reduced to 5 in your instance.

Please check internally before modifying limit.
