Target URL field in Interceptor answer should be updated depends on script written in script field.

Hi All,

If we are creating a problem task from problem, we have an interceptor which redirects us to Root Cause Analysis and General Problem Task Creation. Now, Here We have a requirement to hide Root Cause Analysis Option when the Problem is in Fix In Progress state. Can we achieve this using script field . Please suggest.

I don't think it is possible to show hide interceptor options based on any condition. The script field that you are using, if you hover over its label, it says "Script to execute"; so I don't think that is going to work as a condition builder.
