Hi All,
If we enable Task Intelligence for ITSM in run background only mode in production, will it have any performance impact on agents or end users during incident record creation or updates? Are there any best practices to consider?

From my experience, it likely won’t improve. However, if there’s anything that could be helpful for agents in supporting the work, that would be useful.
