Task Intelligence for ITSM in run background only mode in production

Hi All,

If we enable Task Intelligence for ITSM in run background only mode in production, will it have any performance impact on agents or end users during incident record creation or updates? Are there any best practices to consider?

Any insights or recommendations from your experience would be very helpful.

Hi @SurenderReddy  ,

We have enabled  Task Intelligence for ITSM  years back  for our client . We have not seen any kind of performance impact.

 

It operates at background - Agents will not face any performance issue.
