Hello Team,
I have created a flow for virtual agent to create complaint case, all the flow going well but when it come to creating the complaint case it is giving "Technical issue" error and ending up the chat case is not getting created. flow is working fine with admin user and creating case. I have create the flow in the "Case playbook for complaints" application scope but no luck, can someone please let me know if something is missing or user needs any additional roles to complete the process.

I have figured out the issue, End user doesn't have the access to fields while creating case from VA.
