How to enforce mfa for local login users

How i can enforce mfa for the local logins in servicenow?

-> MFA for local accounts is enforced by default starting with the Yokohama release

-> for older instances or if a custom MFA policy was already in place before the upgrade, MFA may not be enforced automatically. In such cases, you need to manually enable and configure the default MFA policy to ensure enforcement for local accounts
