Recently enabled the Microsoft 365 support integration plugin. Successfully configured the application and we are now looking at testing this. With the integration, it appears that creating a Microsoft support ticket should generate an incident in the instance but that is not what we are seeing.
Could someone inform me how best to test this integration or how to generate a test case?

Hello Jeffrey,
I'd love to help but I'm currently facing a problem with the configuration itself. I'm at the final step to test the connection but I receive the following error at the end:
After this I want to create a test case as well so I can potentially help you with your issue.

Hello Jonathan,
The issue is our configuration was that we had added the wrong App ID in the O365 plugin settings. You have to make the outbound configuration matches the SNOW config and the inbound matches the O365 app config. At least this is what we recall.

Hi Jeffrey, we managed to get it working as well. I will let you know if I managed to test your previous question.

Hi Jonathan,
Can I ask what you changed.
We have followed the setup instructions multiple times but keep getting a similar error to yours.
Any specifics on what you changed? and was it something that was documented and you had done incorrectly, or that was documented incorrectly?
Thanks,
Scott
