Testing Microsoft 365 support integration

Recently enabled the Microsoft 365 support integration plugin. Successfully configured the application and we are now looking at testing this. With the integration, it appears that creating a Microsoft support ticket should generate an incident in the instance but that is not what we are seeing.

Could someone inform me how best to test this integration or how to generate a test case?

I know this post was from years ago, but I'm currently trying to install this plugin and am wondering if you can help. I requested the app in the ServiceNow Store, and my request hasn't yet been approved. I noticed the app summary says, "Microsoft 365 support integration is currently available for customers in the preview. Please contact us if you are interested in enrolling in the preview or learning more about the integration. "

 

Did your organization enroll in a preview, or was there something special you had to do to get this app?
