Hello team,

I’d like to share an observation identified during a recent review of requested items in the development environment:

When a request is submitted by the snc_internal user, the associated workflow does not attach if the "Requested For" user’s location field is left blank.

This behavior has been consistently observed in several catalog items.

 

If anyone has encountered similar scenarios or has insights on this behavior, feel free to share your input or raise a discussion thread. Collaboration is always welcome!

the workflow for catalog item is attached when REQ is approved

Did you check if REQ got approved for that RITM?
