The Business Service "cmdb_ci_service" Reference Field showing no records in the Problem Form for non admins

@karimelaoumari can non admin see these records "cmdb_ci_service" in the incident and change form? Also, are they able to view the table records directly. If they are not able view this could be more likely a query Business Rule if you don't see this message as a non admin "number of records restricted" but if you see this message then it should be restricted through ACLs.

Probably that will be an ACL issue. Please check the ACL's that may restrict you from seeing the records.
