The condition operators in OrderGuid rulebase -start with/contains/does not contain are not working

Kindly assist with the following issue:

I need to map two catalog items A and B to an order guide based on the value of the variable XYZ, which is a reference to the Software Package table.
The requirement is:

  • If XYZ starts with Autodesk, Bentley, Trimble, etc., it should route to Catalog Item A (note: there are 100+ application starts with those names)
  • Otherwise, it should route to Catalog Item B

However, the condition operators such as starts with, contains and does not contain are not working as expected in the Order Guide Rule based Conditions.

Could you please help me to achieve this? Thanks.

Create two rule base under your order guide.

1. for catalog A:

2. Another for catalog B -> where XYZ is one of other options, you need to select, include Ctalog item B
