The 'Made SLA' field is intended to indicate whether an incident met its SLA requirements. However, it has been observed that the field does not always display accurate information. This discrepancy affects our ability to track SLA compliance and report on our performance effectively. By investigating and resolving the issues with this field, we can ensure that our SLA data is accurate and trustworthy.

Actually made sla field is obsolete, so you should not use. For reporting, you can  use incident_sla database view.
