what could be the reason why timer is getting auto cancelled ?

This could be an issue with max activities allowed in workflow:
Try increasing it from 100 to 200 in workflow activities.

Hi @Pramod5,
This may be causing because of business rule written on incident table,
can you check BR written on incident table with filter - script contains 'workflow.cancel(current)'
