to create a service catalog

in catalog there is one scenario how to create > Type of machines (Windows or MAC, which can be pulled in from CMDB) , can you please help me on this?

Hi @NAYEEMURR 

 

Are you storing this information (type of machine in the CMDB)? If yes, you can retrieve it using a dot walk.

What I think is:

  1. Create a variable that refers to the cmdb_ci table to get the name.

  2. Then, create another variable that will be auto-populated based on the value from the previous one.
