To-dos functionality for ITSM

Does anyone know if there is something similar to HRSD To-Dos for ITSM? We have a business process that requires users to submit a form then half way through the workflow, submit some more data which wasn't available to them during the initial submission of the form (preferably via a form like experience similar to To-Dos).

No, ServiceNow HRSD is not similar to ITSM To-Dos in ServiceNow: 
  • ServiceNow HRSD
    A dedicated product with its workflows and functionalities designed for HR service delivery. It integrates with other ServiceNow modules and has an Employee Center that supports multidepartmental service delivery. 
     
  • ServiceNow ITSM
    A product that focuses on managing and delivering IT services to business users. It links all systems within an organization to an integration hub, which makes relevant data accessible for automated answers to common service requests. ServiceNow ITSM has four primary modules: IT Foundational, IT Operations, IT Improvement, and IT Experience.

Thanks @Abbas_5 . I understand the differences between the two modules, I was just wondering if something similar to the HRSD To-Dos functionality existed for the ITSM module. If not, I'll build something custom for it.
