To Send schedule Job reminder

To create a schedule job that runs on every monday and trigger the reminder notification (TO Reminder notification) as -

1 week from created - we should sent it to Tech owner,

2 weeks  from created - we should sent it to Tech owner,

3 weeks from created - should sent it to Business owner and Tech owner

4 weeks from created - should sent it to Business owner and Tech owner

5 weeks from created - should sent it to Business Owner and Tech owner and business owner manager

Why a scheduled job? Why not a flow. You can run it on schedule and add the wait conditions in there.
