To want guidance on ITSM

I hope you're doing well.

I need your guidance regarding some ServiceNow topics. I have an assessment scheduled for next week covering the following areas:

• Platform
• Scripting
• ITSM
• Integrations

If anyone has study materials, notes, interview/assessment questions, real-world use cases, or scenarios related to these topics, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share them. Any tips or resources that can help me prepare and successfully clear the assessment would be extremely helpful.

There is a lot of material available within the community, but the main issue is that the background knowledge behind the topics you mentioned is very broad and often difficult to understand.

I would suggest you focus on the key resources first. For scripting, take a look at the CAD course available on the developer site, and do the same for integration resources as well.
