Typeahead search suggested is shown only in dev not in test and prod.

When i type any word like "report" i have seen 'Suggested' below the suggested results and recently viewed, when i click on the item under Suggested it got me to the wrong url and shows the error "You are either not authorized or record is not valid." 

But suggested is not shown for test and production environments whereas version and patches are identical.

I believe you might have to set this property in the system

"glide.service_portal.search_as_you_type_behavior"

"glide.search.suggestions.enabled"
