Transfer Orders - Delivered Stage

One of the stages in a Transfer Order is 'Delivered'. Looking through documentation, I am informed this status is only valid when the Field Services Management module is implemented. Does anyone know what actions need to occur in Field Services Management module that would change the Transfer Order Stage from 'Received' to 'Delivered'.
