Edit Run by and Run Date and Time in PDF

Hi All,When we generate a PDF or export record as PDF, the PDF has "Run by" and "Run Date and Time" in header. Can we rename "Run by" to "User" and "Run Date and Time" to "Timestamp"? if yes, how can we achieve? Thanks!

Format of the numbers of the report exported to PDF
