Hi ,
A scheduled job runs daily, and upon execution, it automatically creates entries in the Change Request table. Once these change requests are generated, a single consolidated notification should be triggered and sent to all respective change owners, with each owner included in the CC field. Now after testing the notification is getting trigger to each owner with one mail. But this was not the requirement. Can anyone please help me on this .
Thanks,
Tulasi.

so currently 1 email is sent for each CHG owner?
what do you want?
Consider today 10 CHGs are created with 2 owners, 1 owner has 5 CHG and other owner has 5 CHG
So you want only 2 emails i.e. 1 email to 1st Owner with details of 5 CHG and 2nd email to 2nd Owner with details of other 5 CHG?
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

@Ankur Bawiskar if today 10 change requests are created with 10 separate change owners , then email should get trigger for all 10 change owners one single mail with their all emails in CC .
Thanks,
Tulasi

@Ankur Bawiskar The body of the notification does not contain the details of the change requests; instead, it includes different information tailored to the specific requirements of the notification."
Thanks,
Tulasi.
